Pastor Aubrey A. Fenton has a servant’s heart toward God and the people of God. You can find that throughout his life, publicly and personally, he aims to glorify God. His professional career in Civil Engineering led him to develop the Church campus of Abundant Life Fellowship, and the Senior Residence(s) “Living Springs Apartments and Manor”.
Earlier in his thirties, he served his community in public office as the Freeholder Director of Burlington County, where he resides. Aubrey is devoted to his wife Lisa and their 3 sons – Matthew, Jonathan, and Samuel. He loves reading and watching sports such as soccer, basketball, and football. As Lead Pastor, he is a dynamic illustrative teacher, who is passionate about helping people grow in their daily walk with God.
Lady Lisa Fenton serves on the Apostolic Council and on the Executive Team: Chief of Staff/ Office Manager. Her responsibilities include planning and coordinating support to the Lead Pastor and the Executive Team. She is also the Worship & Creative Arts Director. She served on the Board of Women In Covenant, Stewardship team, Children’s Ministry, Food Bank, Women's Ministry and Praise team. Lady Lisa Fenton has been married to Pastor Aubrey of 26 years and has 3 adult sons.
Lady Lisa has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Rutgers University and experience in church database management, office administration, church stewardship, accounting/bookkeeping, and worship ministry.
She wants to see the next generation on fire for God, and go deeper in worship - THRIVE - BLOOM WHERE YOU ARE PLANTED!
Rev. Mike oversees the business operations of the church facility and assets, distribution of digital information, and market research and needs assessment. He along with his wife Leslie previously directed the LIFE Group ministry, served on the Vacation Bible School Steering Team, and coordinated marriage enrichment events. Rev. Mike holds a Master in Business Administration degree in Strategic Marketing and is currently a Master of Ministry degree candidate in biblical studies and the history of biblical interpretation. His passion is to encourage, equip, and empower people to live at their highest potential in Jesus Christ!
Rev. Basil and Rev. Virginia oversee the Life Group Ministry that embodies the mission of Loving, Learning, and Transforming both inside and outside ALFC. While developing and training new leaders. Previously, they directed the Sanctuary Services, the Usher Board, and the Youth Ministry. Rev. Virginia holds a Diploma in Biblical and Theological Studies from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Certificate in the Alpha Course, and worked in Mental Health for 20+ years as a Liaison with Agencies and Hospitals. The Osbournes have a daughter Cassandra, grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. They enjoy running, exercising, and swimming. “I would love to see ALFC achieve goals set for 10% yearly church growth!!!”
Rev. Anne serves and supports the ecclesial ministry arms of ALFC, covering areas from music to children and youth ministries, pastoral care, education, sanctuary services, health ministry, adult ministries, and outreach. She comes from a multi-generational lineage of ministers and has served in multiple areas of music, church ministry, academia-sponsored ministry research projects, conferences, seminars, and consulting. By education, she is a chemist, with minor concentrations in biochemistry and biblical studies. She resides with her husband in the New Jersey area as proud parents of two sons and a daughter.

Rev. Marilyn Marsh leads the Human Resource efforts in ALFC which includes connecting our congregation's gifts, talents, and passions with the volunteer needs of the vision and mission of the church. Rev. Marilyn has served in many capacities for over 20 years at ALFC including leading women's bible studies, youth ministries, small groups, and our community resource center. She is married to John Marsh, they have 3 adult sons and a daughter in love, and 5 grandchildren. Marilyn has completed a Bachelor's Degree at Morgan State University, a Master's at The University of Pennsylvania, and a Master's in Theological Studies at Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University. Rev. Marilyn has spent 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry and is now a Dean at Esperanza College of Eastern University. Rev. Marilyn looks forward to operating in this role at ALFC to see the Word in Ephesian 4:16b come to life: "... every member has been given divine gifts to contribute to the growth of all; and as these gifts operate effectively throughout the whole body, we are built up and made perfect in love."
Rev. Kim Belin is responsible for developing the training that the ordained ministers will participate in as they continue to serve God's people through the lens of love and compassion. During her time at ALFC, she has served in many capacities, including the Salt and Light Teens (S.A.L.T.) leadership, the praise and worship ministry, teaching in the ALFC Institute, and developing /overseeing Camp Kingdom Builders - the former church summer camp. She is a proud Rutgers alumna where she met her husband, Randy Belin and they have two daughters, Calise and Cierra, whom she calls her daily inspirations. In her spare time, Rev. Kim enjoys cooking, reading, learning, cycling, and traveling.
Tina is responsible for developing and leading the execution of the ALFC's organizational strategy and roadmap inclusive of quarterly planning, communications planning and the technology strategy. Tina previously served as a Couples LIFE Group ministry leader. Tina earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hampton University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park. She is also a Procsi Certified Change Practitioner. Tina is married to Ray and they have 3 children. Tina's hope is that every member of ALFC finds a place to serve aligned with their skills, talents, and giftings. She would like to see the kingdom of God advanced through a diversity of giftings by all who want to serve. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10 NIV”
